Features of postnatal development and hematological parameters of young Trakehner of various stress sensitivity

The results of studies on the development of testing methods for Trakehner horses on stress resistance, is to assess the ethological reactions of young animals in simulated condi-tions, the impact of non-conventional stimuli. The behavior of hungry foals at their feeding in the presence of a stranger was investigated. Depending on the duration of exposure to starvation identified among colts 10 types and among fillies 8 types of behavior. Foals stress sustainable ethological type for which the food motivation of behavior prevails over the defensive, have better development dynamics. Specific features of blood biochemical parameters, including and deviations from the literature data were discovered. The developed method of testing of young growthTrakehner breed on stress-stability consists in their defensive-food ethological reactions evaluation in modelled conditions of the unconventional stimulus impact. Polymorphism Polymorphism of ethological reactions of the studied young growth, caused by the degree of expressiveness of the food and defensive motivation of its behavior, which depends on the duration of hungry endurance, is revealed. Essential variability in hematological indicators of young growth of riding horse breeds in training group, which is caused as the individual indicators connected with an origin of separate horses, and with indicators of physical activity and jumping qualities is established.

Приведены результаты исследований по разработке методики тестирования лошадей тракененской породы на стрессустойчивость, заключающейся в оценке этологических реакций молодняка в моделируемых условиях воздействия нетрадиционных раздражителей. Исследовано поведение голодных жеребят при их кормлении в присутствии незнакомого человека. В зависимости от продолжительности голодной выдержки выявлено среди жеребчиков 10 типов, а среди кобылок – 8 типов поведения. Жеребята стрессу-стойчивого этологического типа, у которых пищевая мотивация поведения преобладает над оборонительной, отличаются лучшей динамикой развития. Выявлены специфические особенности биохимических показателей крови, в т. ч. и отклонения от литературных данных. Разработанная методика тестирования молодняка тракененской породы на стресс-устойчивость заключается в оценке их оборонительно-пищевых этологических реакций в моделируемых условиях воздействия нетрадиционного раздражителя. Выявлен полиморфизм этологических реакций исследованного молодняка, обусловленный степенью выраженности пищевой и оборонительной мотивации его поведения, зависящей от продолжительности голодной выдержки. Установлена существенная вариабельность гематологических показателей молодняка верховых пород группы тренинга, которая обусловлена как индивидуальными показателями, связанными с происхождением отдельных лошадей, так и с показателями двигательной активности и прыжковыми качествами.
