Concentration of 137Cs in muscle tissue of specialized meat breeds of Limousine and Charolais when using paddock grazing method on the territory of radioactive contamination

إنجليزي. The work was conducted under conditions of agricultural enterprises located in areas of radioactive contamination at a density of 5-15 Ci/km2 (185-555 kBq/m2) with 137Cs. In the CAUE &#039

of the Dobrush district in the Gomel region, engaged in cultivation of specialised meat breeds Limousine and Charolais, scientific and economic experiences were spent for definition of 137Cs specific activity in a muscule tissue at use of pasturable grounds by grazing paddocks method. For this purpose groups of bull-calves at the age of 10 months in average live weight of 220 kg, by number of 30 heads everyone have been formed by a principle of analogues in each of economy. The data of the specific activity of 137Cs in muscle tissue of specialized meat breeds of Charolais and Limousine (137Cs content in the muscle tissue of animals Charolais breed on average 238 Bq/kg, Limousine breed - 185 Bq/kg that meets the requirements of the RDU-99) is presented. Ethological features, dynamics of body weight and average daily weight gain of steers are studied.

Добрушского района Гомельской области, занимающихся разведением специализированных мясных пород лимузин и шароле, были проведены научно-хозяйственные опыты по определению удельной активности 137Cs в мышечной ткани при использовании пастбищных угодий загонным методом пастьбы. Для этого по принципу аналогов в каждом из хозяйств были сформированы группы бычков в возрасте 10 месяцев средней живой массой 220 кг, численностью 30 голов каждая. Приведены данные удельной активности 137Cs в мышечной ткани специализированных мясных пород шароле и лимузин (содержание 137Cs в мышечной ткани животных породы шароле в среднем 238 Бк/кг, породы лимузин – 185 Бк/кг, что отвечает требования РДУ-99). Изучены этологические особенности, динамика живой массы и среднесуточных приростов бычков.
