Territorial specialization of agricultural production and its compliance with the conditions of Belarus

The efficiency of modern agriculture is directly dependent on the impact of a large number of factors, primarily on the biological and climatic ones due to the specific characteristics of both the agricultural production and the influence of external conditions. In this regard, one of the key tasks in the management of agribusiness should be the most efficient use of production resources in accordance with the optimal conditions for their placement and specialization that will solve the urgent problem of reducing production costs. Specialization of agricultural production of the republic is a key factor in rational use of agricultural production resources. Calculations show that territorial specialization requires a significant adjustment, which will increase the volume of agricultural production, reduce its cost, which in turn will significantly improve the efficiency of the industry. The improvement of specialization should be continuous, because the conditions of agricultural activities change very quickly, especially in the last decades (depopulation of the rural population, demand for agricultural products, technical support of the agricultural sector, markets, etc.). Due attention should also be paid to climatic changes, especially the increase in the intensity of droughts. Accounting for these changes will optimize agricultural activities, which means making it the most effective.

Эффективность современного сельского хозяйства находится в прямой зависимости от воздействия большого количества факторов, в первую очередь от биологических и природно-климатических, что обусловлено специфическими особенностями как самого аграрного производства, так и влиянием внешних условий. В этой связи одной из ключевых задач в управлении агробизнесом следует считать наиболее эффективное использование производственных ресурсов в соответствии с оптимальными условиями их размещения и специализацией, что позволит решить актуальную проблему снижения себестоимости продукции. Специализация сельскохозяйственного производства республики является ключевым фактором рационального использования производственных ресурсов аграрной сферы. Расчеты показывают, что территориальная специализация требует значительной корректировки, которая позволит увеличить объемы производства сельхозпродукции, снизить ее себестоимость, что в свою очередь значительно повысит эффективность отрасли. Совершенствование специализации должно происходить постоянно, потому как очень быстро изменяются условия сельскохозяйственной деятельности, особенно в последние десятилетия (депопуляция сельского населения, спрос на сельхозпродукцию, техническое обеспечение аграрного сектора, рынки сбыта и др.). Должного внимания требуют также климатические изменения, особенно рост интенсивности засух. Учет этих изменений позволит оптимизировать сельскохозяйственную деятельность, а значит сделать ее наиболее эффективной.
