Evaluation of competitiveness of enterprises of the dairy -processing industry

Производственная деятельность любого предприятия в современных условиях, в том числе и молочной отрасли, зависит от того, насколько успешно решаются проблемы, связанные с конкурентностью выпускаемой продукции. Только решив эту проблему, предприятие сможет эффективно функционировать и развиваться в рыночной среде. Конкурентоспособность - это многосторонняя экономическая категория, которая может рассматриваться на нескольких уровнях. Приводятся формулы определения конкурентоспособности товара нескольких методов. Изложена методика расчета конкурентоспособности молока на примере филиала ‘Мстиславский’ ОАО ‘Савушкин продукт’’. На основе проделанных расчетов предприятию предложено освоить технологию производства молока в пластиковой бутылке, что позволит увеличить срок хранения продукта. Внедрение новой линии розлива молока позволит филиалу филиала ‘Мстиславский’ ОАО ‘Савушкин продукт’’ повысить конкурентоспособность своей продукции и эффективность деятельности как на внутреннем, так и на внешнем рынке.

The production activity of any enterprise in modern conditions, including the dairy industry, depends on how successfully the problems, which associated with the competitiveness of the products, are being addressed. Only by solving this problem the enterprise will be able to function effectively and develop in the market environment. Competitiveness - a multilateral economic category, which can be seen at several levels. In a course of the research there was studied the competitiveness of the goods of several methods. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there were provided formulas for determining the competitiveness of the goods. The technique for calculating of milk competitiveness for example ‘Mstislavsky’ branch for JSC ‘Savushkin product’ was presented. Based on the calculations done, the company was offered to master the technology of milk production in a plastic bottle, which will allow increasing the shelf life of the product. The introduction of the new milk filling line will allow the branch of the ‘Mstislavsky’ branch for JSC ‘Savushkin product’ to increase the competitiveness of its products and the efficiency of its activities both on the domestic and foreign markets.
