إنجليزي. The results of studies on the effect of macro- and micro nutrients on yield and biochemical composition of sweet pepper (Cápsicum ánnuum) cv Parnassus are presented. The optimal drugs allowing to decrease nitrates and increase the dry matter content and the amount of sugars in sweet pepper (Cápsicum ánnuum) fruits are revealed.

В статье приведены результаты исследований по изучению влияния макро- и микроудобрений на урожайность и биохимический состав перца сладкого (Cápsicum ánnuum) сорта Парнас. Выявлены оптимальные препараты, позволяющие существенно снизить содержание нитратов и повысить содержание сухого вещества и суммы сахаров в плодах перца сладкого (Cápsicum ánnuum).
