Analysis of financial stability of holding company

الروسية. Изучена сущность финансовой устойчивости, приведена методика анализа финансовой устойчивости и платежеспособности холдинговой компании, выполнена оценка степени обеспеченности предприятия собственными оборотными средствами: рентабельности и деловой активности. Проведенные исследования свидетельствуют о том, что в холдинговой компании за исследуемый период наблюдается положительная тенденция увеличения коэффициентов текущей ликвидности, обеспеченности собственными оборотными средствами, критической ликвидности и снижения коэффициента обеспеченности финансовых обязательств активами, а также повышение деловой активности и рентабельности. Таким образом, финансовая устойчивость формируется в процессе всей производственно-хозяйственной деятельности холдинговой компании и является главным компонентом общей устойчивости организации в рыночных условиях.

إنجليزي. In a course of the research there was examined the nature of financial stability, and shows the method of analysis of financial stability and solvency of the holding company. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research the degree of availability of internal resources in the company, profitability and business activity was estimated. The conducted researches testify that in the holding company for the period under review there is a positive trend of increasing current liquidity ratios, ensuring own circulating assets, critical liquidity and a decrease in the ratio of financial assets to financial liabilities, as well as increasing business activity and profitability. Thus, financial stability is formed during the entire production and economic activities of the holding company and is the main component of the overall stability of the organization in market conditions.
