Smoothing soil conditions for the development of plants during microbial destruction of plant residues by microbial preparations | Выравнивание почвенных условий для развития растений при деструкции растительных остатков микробными препаратами

إنجليزي. Individual phenotypic characteristics of plants are known to be determined by local soil conditions in the vicinity of their root's systems. The study investigated the effect of microbiological equalization of soil conditions during the destruction of plant residues with the use of microbial preparations developed in All-Russia Research Institute of Agricultural Microbiology. In the first experiment (2011 to 2014) the variances of barley plant height were investigated after the destruction of barley straw with the use of Barkon microbial preparation which is a bacteria-fungi consortium. In the second experiment the data of the molecular and genetic analysis of soil microbial communities after the destruction of plant residues with the use of three microbial preparations: Barkon, Bags and Omug were used. The study allowed obtaining a fractal taxonomic profile of microbial communities and the index of functional efficiency of microbial networks which were formed during the destruction of plant residues. The use of Barkon for the destruction of plant residues in the first experiment resulted in a gradual equalization of soil conditions and a reduction of the variance of plant heights, though without the preparation the value of the index increased with each successive year (the variation factor for 2012-2014 increased from 19.8 to 27,0% in control and from 13.2 to 16.3 in a variant of application of straw without Barkon but decreased from 17.1 to 16.0% in a variant of application of straw with Barkon). So microbial preparations may originate effective microbial networks that are able to save energy resources and the nutrients by distributing them evenly in the soil. The molecular and genetic data from the second experiment confirmed that the functional efficiency of microbial networks after the use of Barkon, Bags and Omug was significantly increased due to a better management of destructive processes. The index of efficient network management in the control was 0.634, while in the case of burying rye straw inoculated with the preparations to the depth of 0-3 or 9-12 cm the index increased up to 0.669-0.753. So the destruction of plant residues with the use of special preparations is a necessary and effective complement to the modern precision agro technologies.

الروسية. Известно, что индивидуальные фенотипические характеристики растений определяются локальными почвенными условиями вблизи корневых систем. Изучали эффект микробиологического выравнивания почвенных условий при деструкции растительных остатков (ДРО) с использованием микробных биопрепаратов, разработанных во Всероссийском НИИ с.-х. микробиологии. В I опыте (2011-2014 гг.) изучали дисперсию высот растений ячменя после деструкции соломы ячменя препаратом Баркон, представляющим собой бактериально-грибной консорциум. Во II опыте использовали данные молекулярно-генетического анализа почвенных микробных сообществ после ДРО препаратами Баркон, Багс и Омуг. Получен фрактальный таксономический портрет микробных сообществ и индекс эффективности функционирования микробных сетевых образований, которые были сформированы во время ДРО. Использование Баркона для ДРО в I опыте привело к постепенному выравниванию почвенных условий и уменьшению дисперсии высот растений, хотя без применения препарата значение этого показателя возрастало с каждым годом (коэффициент вариации за 2012-2014 гг. увеличился с 19,8 до 27,0% в контроле и с 13,2 до 16,3 при внесении соломы без Баркона, но уменьшился с 17,1 до 16,0% при внесении соломы с Барконом). Следовательно, микробные препараты могут инициировать эффективные микробные сети, которые способны сохранить энергетические ресурсы и питательные вещества, распределив их равномерно в почве. Молекулярно-генетические данные II опыта подтвердили, что эффективность функционирования микробных сетей после использования Баркона, Багса и Омуга значительно увеличивалась за счет лучшей организации процессов ДРО. Индекс эффективной сетевой организации в контроле был равен 0,634, а при закладке инокулированной биопрепарататми соломы ржи на глубину 0-3 или 9-12 см он возрос до 0,669-0,753. Таким образом, ДРО с помощью биопрепаратов - необходимое и эффективное дополнение современных агротехнологий.
