Evaluation of insecticides effect on beneficial arthropods of garden | Оценка действия инсектицидов на полезных членистоногих сада

إنجليزي. Laboratory and field research of influence of biological and biorational insecticide preparations on useful entomofauna of garden were conducted in Leningrad region. Gerold (inhibitor of chitin synthesis), Prokleym (neurotoxin), Lepidocide (bacterial preparation) preparations were used in the garden. Ladybirds (Coleoptera, Coccinellidae), lacewings (Neuroptera, Chrysopidae), Syrphidae flies (Diptera), Anthocoridae, Miridae, Nabidae bugs (Hemiptera), Aphidiidae (Hymenoptera), spiders (Araneae) were found on the experimental plots in the garden, but lacewings (Chrysopidae), ladybugs (Coccinellidae) and bugs (Nabidae) prevailed. Miridae larvae were used as the test objects in the laboratory as well as Coccinellidae larvae and adults taken from laboratory populations. Gerold and Bitoksibatsillin, Lepidocide, Batsikol bacterial preparations were tested in laboratory conditions. To determine danger degree of the studied insecticides for entomophags in the garden the following scale was used: not very dangerous insecticides – the number of entomophags reached its control level in 7 days after treatment; moderately dangerous – after 7-14 days; dangerous – after 15-21 days; extremely dangerous – after more than 21 days. The conducted field research showed that Gerold, Prokleym and Lepidocide preparations do not oppress the development of natural garden's entomophages – lacewings, Nabidae predatory bugs and ladybirds. On the third day after treatment their number was slightly lower, than in control, in the next days – almost the same. According to the laboratory tests results studied preparations (Gerold, Bitoksibatsillin, Lepidocide and Batsikol) were classified as not dangerous or not very dangerous for ladybirds and plant bugs.

الروسية. В Ленинградской обл. проводили лабораторные и полевые исследования влияния биологических и биорациональных инсектицидных препаратов на полезную энтомофауну сада. В саду использовали препараты Герольд (ингибитор синтеза хитина), Проклэйм (нейротоксин), Лепидоцид (бактериальный препарат). На опытных делянках в саду были обнаружены представители кокцинеллид (Coleoptera, Coccinellidae), златоглазок (Neuroptera, Chrysopidae), мух Syrphidae (Diptera), клопов Anthocoridae, Miridae, Nabidae (Hemiptera), перепончатокрылых Aphidiidae (Hymenoptera), пауков (Araneae), но преобладали златоглазки (Chrysopidae), кокцинеллиды (Coccinellidae), клопы (Nabidae). В качестве тест-объектов в лабораторных условиях были использованы личинки Miridae, а также личинки и имаго Coccinellidae, взятые из лабораторных популяций. В лабораторных условиях тестировали Герольд и бактериальные препараты Битоксибациллин, лепидоцид, Бацикол. Для определения степени опасности изучаемых инсектицидов для энтомофагов в условиях сада использовали следующую шкалу оценок: малоопасные инсектициды – численность энтомофагов достигала ее уровня в контроле в течение 7 дней после обработки; среднеопасные – через 7-14 дней; опасные – через 15-21 день; особо опасные – более 21 дня. Проведенные полевые исследования показали, что препараты Герольд, Проклэйм и Лепидоцид не угнетают развития естественных энтомофагов сада – златоглазок, хищных клопов Nabidae и кокцинеллид. На 3-и сут после обработки их численность была чуть ниже, чем в контроле, в последующие дни – практически такой же. По результатам лабораторных исследований изученные препараты (Герольд, Битоксибациллин, Лепидоцид и Бацикол) были отнесены к не опасным или малоопасным для кокцинеллид и клопов-слепняков.
