The in vitro culture method is an effective tool for plant propagation. It was successfully applied in many plant species. In this study, the results showed that the explants were sterilized by 70% ethanol for 3 minutes and HgCl2 0.l% for 8 minutes for the best result. The percentage of germination rate was 68.6%. The highest shoot number was obtained from multiple shoots (M16 medium supplemented with vitamin (B5) + 30 g/L sucrose + 8 g/L agar and 4 mg/L BAP), the percentage of regeneration rate was 88.9%, the average of 5.5 shoots per explant The best rooting medium is M16 medium supplemented with 30 g/L sucrose + 8 g/L agar + 1 mg/L IBA, the rate of rooted shoots was reached 65.6%, the roots developed well and formed adventitious roots. The appropriate ratio between the crop parameters such as husk rice, sawdust and pinus soil was 1:1:1.
