The objective of this study is to build a Virtual Private Network (VPN) with efficient speed of data transfer rate between network and node to node. This work provided minimum delay packet on virtual private network. A numbers of protocol were used on network but in this work VolP was implementing to test traffic on VPN. Voice-over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a swiftly rising term for voice conversation that uses the omnipresence of IP-based networks to organize VolP client equipments such as desktop IP phones, mobile VolP-allowed handheld devices, control all functionality about voice communication. Virtual private network still faces packet delay issues. This research work increased the response of data transfer and also security performance will increase. This work made VPN and implements Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) with different data packet sent algorithm or methods to test its effects on it. This work increased the performance of data rate and minimum delay packets using simulator on Virtual Private Network (VPN).
