During grain storage a number of insect attack which cause losses of about 2-9% normally. This study Was he planned to evaluate the effect of two bio-insecticides Mealikil and Pacer (Metarhizium anisapliae and Verticillium lecanii respectively) and one botanical Margosom (Azadiractin) with three different doses (1x10-7, 5x10-7 and 1x10-8 Conidia for both fungi; for botanicals 0.50, 0.75 and 1.00%) against two stored product insects Rhyzopertha dominica and Callosobruchus chinensis. The study was conducted using Completely Randomize Design (CRD) using three replication for each treatment. lnsects was reared at 60 plus minus 5% relative humidity and 30 plus minus 2 degree C temperature. Combine effect was observed using different combinations, these combinations were: a) (1x10-7) Mealiki and (1x10-7) Pacer b) (1x10-7) Pacer + (0.50%) Margosom c) (0.50%) Margosom + (1x10-7) MealikiI'". Data was taken after 5, 10 and 15 days after treatment. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and means was calculated using statistical software (STATISTlCA) at 5% significant level Using Tuckey's HSD test. Overall results of the study were as Margosom best as alone followed by MealikiI and Pacer respectively. Results of bioassay of combination were as best combination observed was (0.50%) Margosom + (1x10-7) Mealikil followed by (0.50%) Margosom + (1x10-7) Pacer and (1x10-7) Mealikil + (1x10-7) Pacer respectively. Overall results gives direction to use combinations instead of using single treatment. These combinations are economically better for commercial use and gives better results in case of avoiding resistance for long term.
