Over the last few years it has noticeably increased interest of international participants in chain of food manufactu- ring for green manufacturing needs. The world is increasingly turning to healthy green manufacturing. In this regard, farmer’s process of selecting suppliers in green supplier chain is set as a key strategic consideration in terms of the competing advantages. Changes in environment are constant threat to ecology, causing the need for selecting of those suppliers, within the green supply chain, that will be in accordance with the requirements of organic produ- ction. Selection of green suppliers is one of the most important links in the process of ecological production of fruit and the economic side is very important because of the large financial inve- stment in green manufacturing. This paper examines the choice of green suppliers using fuzzy multi-criteria approach. Experts use the value of linguistic criteria and alternatives. Linguistic alternatives will be transfo- rmed by fuzzy logic. Using hybrid fuzzy TOPSIS-Entopy method will form the ranking of alternatives. The results will help farms to establish a systematic approach to resolve the selection of the supplier in the green supply chain and it is possible to apply the model for solving of similar problems.
