the article describes the evolution of technological structures in the agricultural sector. The features and prerequisites for the formation of each of them are determined, as well as the dependence of the technological development of agriculture from other activities. The conditions of transition to a new technological structure and recommendations for enhancing innovation in agricultural production for mass use of the achievements of the sixth technological order are presented and the basis for the formation of the seventh technological order is provided.
