Физиологическая выраженность агрегационных процессов в крови телок в ходе доращивания | Physiological expression of aggregation processes in the blood of heifers during the growth

إنجليزي. The success of the hemocirculation process in the microcirculatory bloodstream depends to a large extent on the aggregation level of the blood corpuscles. There was found out the level of aggregation properties of the basic blood corpuscles in heifers during the completion of growing. The study was performed on 48 Black-and-White heifers taken under observation at the age of 12 months and examined 5 times during the completion of growing. The severity of aggregation of erythrocytes, platelets and neutrophils in animals was evaluated by conventional methods. During the completion of growing in heifers a tendency to increase aggregation of erythrocytes was observed, which is explained by the tendency to increase the total number of erythrocytes in the aggregate, the increase in the number of aggregates themselves and the decrease in the number of free red blood cells. Apparently this was caused by a tendency towards decreasing the electronegativity of the surface of their erythrocytes due to a decrease in the number of negatively charged proteins on the erythrocyte membranes. In heifers during the completion of growing, the tendency to increase platelet aggregation with respect to all tested inductors was noted. This shouod be associated with the optimal activity of platelet phospholipases A2 and C, stimulating platelet activation through increased synthesis of thromboxane, phosphatidic acid, and platelet activating factor. During the completion of growing in heifers, there was also a tendency towards the growth of neutrophil aggregation most pronounced with respect to lectin and concanavalin A and less pronounced in relation to phytohemagglutinin. This is based on an increase in the number of adhesion receptors on leukocytes comprising mannose, N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, N-acetyl-neuraminic acid, and bD-galactose. Thus, during the completion of growing in heifers, a tendency to growth ofthe aggregation of basic blood corpuscles.

الروسية. Успешность процесса гемоциркуляции в микроциркуляторном русле в значительной степени связана с уровнем агрегации форменных элементов крови. Выясняли уровень агрегационных свойств основных форменных элементов крови у телок в период доращивания. Исследование выполнено на 48 телках черно-пестрой породы, взятых под наблюдение в возрасте 12 мес. и обследованных за время доращивания 5 раз. У животных выяснялась степень агрегации эритроцитов, тромбоцитов и нейтрофилов традиционными методиками. В ходе доращивания у телок отмечена склонность к росту агрегации эритроцитов, на что указывала тенденция к повышению суммарного числа эритроцитов в агрегате, повышению уровня их агрегатов и снижению свободных эритроцитов. Видимо, это вызвано у них тенденцией к понижению электроотрицательности поверхности их эритроцитов за счет уменьшения количества на эритроцитарных мембранах отрицательно заряженных протеинов. У телок во время доращивания отмечена склонность к повышению агрегации тромбоцитов в ответ на все испытанные индукторы. Это следует связывать с оптимальной активностью тромбоцитарных фосфолипаз А2 и С, стимулирующих активацию тромбоцитов через синтез тромбоксана, фосфатидной кислоты и фактора активации тромбоцитов. В ходе доращивания у телок была выявлена тенденция к росту агрегации нейтрофилов, наиболее выраженная в отношении лектина и конканавалина А и меньшая - в отношении фитогемагглютинина. В основе этого лежит увеличение количества на лейкоцитах количества рецепторов адгезии, имеющих в своем составе маннозу, N-ацетил-D-глюкозамин, N-ацетил- нейраминовую кислоту и bD-галактозу. Таким образом, в течение доращивания у телок наблюдается склонность к росту агрегации основных форменных элементов крови.
