Interaction of the root crops heap components with flight screw and the roller of the screw-roll cleaner | Взаимодействие компонентов вороха корнеплодов с витком шнека и вальцом шнеково-вальцового очистителя

إنجليزي. The operation peculiarities of the screw-roll root crops cleaner installed at an angle to the horizon are considered. Mathematical models of the motion and interaction of the root crops heap component with the worm-screw and the lower roller at the moment of transition to the zone of effective cleaning of soil and plant impurities, formed by two rolls, have been developed. The tasks set were solved using theoretical methods of research. The segments of the root crop movement, when it interacts with the warm-screw and the roller and when it detaches from the roll surface and interacts only with the warm-screw, have been considered. The impact of the structural and kinematic parameters of the screw conveyor on the ability of the heap components to rise along the lower roll and to reach the zone between the rolls has been investigated. It has been established that the root crops rise along the lower roller much more easily than soil clumps. It has been proved, that with the screw radius of 0.52 m, its angular velocity - 6.3 rad/s, the screw pitch - 0.66 m, the conveyor angle with regard to the vertical line - 65 degrees, the angular velocity of the roll - 25.2 rad/s, the roll radius - 0.05 m, the angle of the rollers setting should not exceed 43 degrees, in order to ensure the getting of the root crop heap components between the rollers. If the angle of the rollers setting is less than 43 degrees, then a clump of soil, after passing the critical point, moves with an acceleration, which causes an increase of the circumferential speed. If the angle of the rollers adjustment is 44 degrees, then a lump of soil is not able to rise up to the first roll and it has to fall on the latticed surface of the chute. It is concluded that to break the soil clumps between the rollers, the angle of the rollers setting should not exceed 43 degrees.

الروسية. Рассматриваются особенности работы шнеково-вальцового очистителя корнеплодов, установленного под углом к горизонту. Разработаны математические модели движения и взаимодействия компонента вороха корнеплодов с винтом шнека и нижним вальцом в момент перехода в зону эффективной очистки от почвы и растительных примесей, образованную двумя вальцами. Поставленные задачи решались с помощью теоретических методов исследования. Рассмотрены отрезки движения корнеплода, когда он взаимодействует с винтом шнека и вальцом и при отрыве от поверхности вальца взаимодействует только с винтом шнека. Исследовано влияние конструктивных и кинематических параметров винтового конвейера на способность компонентов вороха подняться по нижнему вальцу и достичь зоны между вальцами. Установлено, что корнеплоды поднимаются по нижнему вальцу значительно легче, чем комки почвы. Доказано, что при радиусе образующей шнека, равном 0.52 м, его угловой скорости 6.3 рад/с, шаге шнека 0.66 м, угле установки конвейера относительно вертикали 65 градусов, угловой скорости вращения вальцов 25.2 рад/с, радиусе вальцов 0.05 м для обеспечения попадания компонентов вороха корнеплодов между вальцами угол установки вальцов не должен превышать 43 градусов. Если угол установки вальцов меньше 43 градусов, то комок почвы, пройдя критическую точку, движется с ускорением, что вызывает повышение окружной скорости. Если угол установки вальцов равен 44 градуса, то комок почвы не в состоянии подняться на первый валец и вынужден опуститься на решётчатую поверхность жёлоба. Сделан вывод, что для разрушения комка почвы между вальцами угол их установки не должен превышать 43 градуса.
