Competitiveness of argicultural machinery-and-tractor fleet | Конкурентоспособность машинно-тракторного парка сельского хозяйства

إنجليزي. In the conditions of active import substitution, especially topical becomes an issue of the competitiveness analysis of imported and domestic agricultural machinery and factors affecting it. To determine the competitiveness of agricultural machinery, it is essential not only to compare the samples according to the degree of conformity to a particular need, but also to account for consumer costs associated with this machinery sample. The competitiveness of machine and tractor fleet can be defined as aggregate consumer properties of agricultural machinery that characterize it as opposed to the competitor's products in terms of customer satisfaction while maintaining the average market price. The main factors affecting the competitiveness of agricultural machinery industry are the investment flow made to develop the industry and carry out R and D projects, the growth of the cost price over the sale price, and state support of agricultural machinery building. The main instrument of state support is the subsidization of agricultural machinery manufacturers in parallel with offering discounts to farmers for the purchase of combines and tractors. To increase the competitiveness of domestic agricultural machinery for promoting and developing a program on import substitution, the government should take measures to compensate for the reduction of duties and economic sanctions, as well as develop new ways of increasing internal demand for domestically-made machinery.

الروسية. В условиях активного импортозамещения становится актуальным вопрос анализа конкурентоспособности с.-х. техники импортного и российского производства и факторов, влияющих на нее. Для определения конкурентоспособности с.-х. техники существенным является не столько сравнение по степени соответствия конкретной потребности, сколько учет затрат потребителя, связанных с данной техникой. Конкурентоспособность машинно-тракторного парка можно определить как совокупность потребительских свойств с.-х. техники, характеризующую его отличие от техники конкурента по степени удовлетворения потребителей при сохранении средней рыночной цены. Основными факторами, влияющими на конкурентоспособность сельхозмашиностроения, являются поток инвестиций в развитие отрасли и в научно-исследовательские и опытно-конструкторские разработки, рост себестоимости над ценой реализации, государственная поддержка сельхозмашиностроения. Основным инструментом господдержки является субсидирование производителей сельхозтехники при условии предоставления скидки аграриям на приобретение комбайнов и тракторов. Для повышения конкурентоспособности с.-х. машиностроения России, продвижения и развития программы по импортозамещению правительству необходимо принять меры по компенсации снижения пошлин и экономических санкций, а также разработать новые направления по развитию внутреннего спроса на российскую технику.
