Complex program against the coccidiosis of birds to reduce the circulation of resistant forms of Eimeria spp. on the poultry ground | Комплексная программа против кокцидиозов птиц для снижения циркуляции резистентных форм эймерий на птицеводческой площадке

The complex program "Bayer" was tested for controlling exo- and endogenous stages of Eimeria from September till November 2016 in the Belgorod Region at one of poultry farms (about 1.5 million broilers). A complex disinfectant "Delegol Pro" (a 4% solution to disinfect floor and wall bottom, 0.5 l/m2, 2 h) was used. To identify initial and residual contamination with Eimeria spp. oocysts, and the efficiency of disinfection, samples of litter from 10 poultry houses were collected, scrapes were made from cracks and joints of the floor. Further the efficiency a preventive preparation (PP) "Baikox 2.5%" was tested. At the age of 8-10 days, to the total number of chickens (34 houses) PP was prescribed given with drinking water. Subsequently, the chickens received feed containing salinomycin. The evaluation of therapeutic and prophylactic efficacy of the program was carried out according to the data of coproscopic investigation before PP is prescribed, 1-4 weeks after drinking and before the slaughter of the poultry. Simultaneously with the extensity of invasion, the intensity of the eimeriosis invasion was established by counting the number of oocysts in 1 g of manure (litter, scrapes) using the Mack Master chamber. Before the application of the Bayer program, the floor cracks and litter of the poultry houses there were detected: the Eimeria oocysts, the red chicken mite, the litter mite, tenebrionid beetle, nematode eggs t- ascaridia, the heterakis (EI 30-100%). After disinfection with "Delegol Pro the content of exogenous parasites noticeably decreased. Already in the middle of the tour, experienced poultry houses were practically free of parasites. At the end of the tour, only slight number of litter mites and a low level of Eimeria oocysts requited to maintain immunity. The prescription of PP significantly improved the program used to control eimeriosis, the drug had a disastrous effect on the endogenous stages of Eimeria, but also enhanced the formation of immunity to coccidiosis. The average number of Eiemria oocysts in the litter at the end of the tour decreased by 68.9% compared to the previous tour.

Испытание комплексной программы "Байер" по контролю экзо- и эндогенных стадий эймерий проводили с сентября по ноябрь 2016 г. в Белгородской обл. на одной из птицефабрик (около 1,5 млн. бройлеров). Применяли комплексный дезинфицирующий препарат (ДП) "Делеголь Pro" (4%-ный раствор для дезинвазии пола и низа стен, 0,5 л/м2, 2 ч.). Для установления исходной и остаточной контаминации ооцистами Eimeria spp., а также эффективности обработки ДП отбирали пробы подстилки из 10 птичников, делали соскобы из трещин и стыков пола. Далее проводили испытание эффективности профилактического препарата (ПП) "Байкокс 2,5%-ный" В возрасте 8-10 дней всему поголовью цыплят назначили ППс питьевой водой. В дальнейшем цыплята получали корма, содержащие кокцидиостатик салиномицин. Оценку лечебно-профилактической эффективности программы проводили по данным копроскопических исследований перед назначением ПП, через 1-4 нед. после выпойки и перед убоем птицы. Одновременно с экстенсивностью инвазии устанавливали интенсивность эймериозной инвазии путем подсчета количества ооцист в 1 г помета (подстилки, соскобов) с помощью камеры Мак Мастера. До применения программы "Байер" в трещинах пола и в подстилке птичников обнаруживались ооцисты эймерий, красный куриный клещ, подстилочный клещ, жук-хрущак, яйца нематод - аскаридии, гетеракисы (ЭИ - 30-100%). После дезинвазии ДП содержание экзогенных паразитов заметно снизилось. Уже в середине тура опытные птичники были практически свободны от паразитов. В конце тура выявили лишь небольшое количество подстилочных клещей и низкий уровень ооцист эймерий, необходимый для поддержания иммунитета. Назначение ПП значительно улучшило используемую программу борьбы с эймериозом: препарат оказал губительное воздействие на эндогенные стадии эймерий и усилил формирование иммунитета к кокцидиозу. Среднее количество ооцист эймерий в подстилке в конце тура снизилось на 68,9% по сравнению с предыдущим туром.
