Polymorphism of genes of Angussian and Russian poll breeds of cattle populations associated with meat productivity | Полиморфизм генов популяций скота ангусской и русской комолой пород, ассоциированных с мясной продуктивностью

The results of molecular genetic studies of the gene pool of Angus cattle and Russian clod of breeds (Australian selection) showed that the gene pool of these populations has a fairly high similarity. However, for a number of genes there were certain differences. Thus, the AA genotype for the RORC gene was more often 12.6% found in the population of the Russian clod of breed, the genotype AG in the Angus breed population by 12.5%. There are no differences in the genotype of GG in the population. The genotype LL for the GH gene was found most often in populations with a difference of 2.25, while the VV genotype was less frequent with a difference of 3.3% between populations. For the gene GNR, the genotype often found in the gene pool of the population was more frequent than the AA genotype with the difference between the populations of 5.6% and most rarely the GG genotype with the difference between the populations of 1.8%. High in the populations was the occurrence of the AA genotype and the Lep gene (79.7 and 86.7%) and the CC gene Lep R (98.3 and 75.0%). Studies of conjugated genotypes in the GH/RORC genes showed that AA/AA genotype (18.4, 19.7%), AA/AG (17.5, 14.7%), AG/AA (13.3, 16.4%) and rarely GG/GG (2.5, 2.2%), GG/AG (8.8, 6.4%), and AG/GG (6.2, 7.2%). Most often, the desired genotypes of GG/AA, AG/AA and AA/AA were found in the cattle population of the Russian clod of breed.

Результаты молекулярно-генетических исследований генофонда скота ангусской и русской комолой пород (австралийской селекции) показали, что генофонд этих популяций имеет довольно высокое сходство. При этом по ряду генов имелись определенные различия. Так, генотип АА по гену RORC на 12,6% чаще встречался в популяции русской комолой породы, генотип АG у популяции ангусской породы на 12,5%. Различий по генотипу GG в популяции не установлено. Генотип LL по гену GH встречался в популяциях наиболее часто при разнице между ними 2,25, тогда как генотип VV реже с разницей между популяциями в 3,3%. По гену GНR, часто встречаемому в генофонде популяции, чаще встречался генотип АА с разницей между популяциями в 5,6% и наиболее редко генотип GG при разнице между популяциями 1,8 %. Высокой в популяциях была встречаемость генотипа АА и гена Leр (79,7 и 86,7%) и по СС гену Leр R (98,3 и 75,0%). Исследования сопряженных генотипов по генам GH/RORC показали, что в общих популяциях чаще встречался генотип АА/АА (18,4; 19,7%), АА/АG (17,5; 14,7%), АG/АА (13,3;16,4%) и редко GG/GG (2,5; 2,2%), GG/АG (8,8; 6,4%) и АG/GG (6,2; 7,2%). При этом наиболее часто желательные генотипы GG/АА, АG/АА и АА/АА встречались в популяции скота русской комолой породы.
