Investigation of the influence of the shape of abrasive soil particles on the depth of penetration into the friction surface of the executive elements of tillage tools | Исследование влияния формы абразивной частицы почвы на глубину проникновения в поверхность трения исполнительных органов почвообрабатывающих орудий

The investigation aim is to study the effect of the shape of abrasive particles (AP) on the depth of their penetration into the friction surface of the executive element of a tillage tool at a given external load. The following assumptions have been made: dynamic loading and displacement of the AP are not available; elastic-plastic contact is considered; the load on the abrasive is static. Three patterns of AP contacting with the friction surface of the executive elements of the tillage machines have been considered: a ball, a cone, and a flat surface under elastoplastic contact. The following values of the force acting on the surface of the working organs have been assumed: 0.2 N for shovels; 0.35 N for moldboards; 0.70-0.90 N for shares. The plastic hardness of 65G grade (0.65% carbon, 1% manganese) thermo-hardened steel used for manufacturing and restoring executive elements is assumed being equal to 402 HD. The diameter of the spherical AP is equal 100; 250; 500; 1,000; 1,500 microns. Conical AP have a radius at the apex of 10; 50; 100; 200; 250 nm. When calculating, the following value of the radius of abrading bodies has been taken at a flat contact: 10 mm, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 75 mm. It is established that, when theoretically determining the depth of penetration of AP, it is necessary to use a coefficient that takes into account the influence of soil properties, size of the AP, hardness of the friction surface, and speed of the aggregate movement. The numerical values of this coefficient have been determined experimentally. It is established that the depth of penetration of an AP into the friction surface of the working organs of the tillage tools varies exponentially as a function of the force acting on it while decreasing with increasing radius at the apex of the AP; the intensity of the penetration of AP depends on their shape: the AP having a conical surface penetrate most active in the friction surface of the executive elements of the tillage machines.

الروسية. Цель – исследование влияния формы абразивных частиц (АЧ) на глубину их проникновения в поверхность трения исполнительного органа почвообрабатывающего орудия при заданной внешней нагрузке. Принимали следующие допущения: динамические нагружения и перемещение АЧ отсутствуют; рассматривается упруго-пластический контакт; нагрузка на абразив статична. Рассматривались три схемы контактирования АЧ с поверхностью трения исполнительных органов почвообрабатывающих машин: шара, конуса и плоской поверхности при упругопластическом контакте. Были приняты следующие значения силы, действующей на поверхность рабочих органов: культиваторных лап – 0,2Н; отвалов – 0,35Н; лемехов – 0,70-0,90Н. Пластическая твердость термоупрочненной стали 65Г, используемая для изготовления и восстановления исполнительных органов, принята 402. Диаметр АЧ в виде шара - 100; 250; 500; 1000; 1500 мкм. АЧ в виде конуса с радиусом при вершине, имеющем следующие размеры: 10; 50; 100; 200; 250 нм. При расчетах принимались следующие величины радиуса истирающих тел при плоском контакте: 10 мм, 20, 30, 40, 50 и 75 мм. Установлено, что при теоретическом определении глубины внедрения АЧ необходимо использовать коэффициент, учитывающий влияние свойств почвы, размера АЧ, твердости поверхности трения, скорости перемещения агрегата. Численные значения этого коэффициента были определены в ходе экспериментальных исследований. Установлено, что глубина внедрения АЧ в поверхность трения рабочих органов почвообрабатывающих орудий в зависимости от воздействующей на нее силы изменяется по экспоненциальной кривой, уменьшаясь с увеличением радиуса при вершине АЧ, а интенсивность проникновения АЧ зависит от её формы – наиболее активно в поверхность трения исполнительных органов почвообрабатывающих машин проникают АЧ с конусной поверхностью.
