System of control of the material and technical support of the meat and dairy cattle farming | Система управления материально-техническим обеспечением мясомолочного скотоводства

إنجليزي. The results of the study of the management system operation of the material and technical support of the meat and dairy cattle farming (MDCF MTS) are presented. The economic substance of MDCF MTS is substantiated: rhythmic and timely providing process of production and sale by all the necessary products. The following features of production were taken into consideration: the main part of the equipment is fixed and it is mounted in production facilities, the production technologies are long-term and return to capital is rather long. The main tasks solved with the system of control of MDCF MTS are substantiated. It is proved that the formation of a continuous process of MDCF MTS should be carried out with all the necessary resources: technical resources, feeds, equipment, veterinary drugs and others, the production process is impossible without any of them, since the production is carried out by the living objects. It is specified that the reserve of reduction of expenses for the material and technical support of the enterprises of the animal husbandry industry is the organization of effectively operating system of the supply logistics. The substance of financing of the MDCF MTS through the sale of final products is given, and it is methodologically important to understand that the financing of circulate assets comes from the operating revenue, and the source of financing of fixed assets is the planned depreciation and net profit. A control system of MDCF MTS is proposed. The main directions for the development of the farm machinery market as a key element of the organizational and economic mechanism of the technical modernization of the industry are defined.

الروسية. Представлены результаты исследования функционирования системы управления материально-технического обеспечения мясомолочного скотоводства (МТО МС). Обоснована экономическая сущность МТО МС: ритмичное и своевременное обеспечение процесса производства и сбыта всеми необходимыми предметами производства. Учитывались следующие особенности производства: основная часть оборудования является стационарным и оно монтируется в производственных помещениях, технологии производства длительные по времени и окупаемость капитальных вложений достаточно продолжительная. Обоснованы основные задачи, решаемые посредством системы управления МТО МС. Обосновано, что формирование непрерывного процесса материально-технического снабжения мясомолочной отрасли должно осуществляться всеми необходимыми ресурсами: технической, кормами, оборудованием, ветеринарными препаратами и прочими, без какого-либо элемента производственный процесс невозможен, так как производство ведется живыми объектами. Указано, что резервом сокращения затрат на материально-техническое снабжение предприятий отрасли животноводства является организация эффективно действующей системы логистики снабжения. Обоснована экономическая сущность финансирования МТО МС посредством продажи готовой продукции, причем методологически важно понимать, что финансирование оборотных средств происходит из полученной выручки, а источником финансирования основных средств является заложенная амортизация и чистая прибыль. Предложена система управления МТО МС. Обоснованы основные направления развития рынка с.-х. техники как ключевого элемента организационно-экономического механизма технической модернизации отрасли.
