Comparative analysis of Origanum vulgare L. hybrides according to the complex of valuable traits | Сравнительный анализ гибридов Origanum vulgare L. по комплексу признаков

إنجليزي. The aim of the work is to identify the most productive hybrids of oregano (Origanum vulgare L.) to create a variety containing carvacrol in essential oil. Studies were conducted in 2014–2017. Twelve hybrid samples of Origanum vulgare L. were studied. The hybrid nursery plot was laid in autumn 2013 according to the scheme 0.3х0.6 m; plants were propagated by the method of bush dividing. Studies were conducted during the phase of mass flowering. Accounting, analyses and observations were carried out according to the common methods. Plant height, diameter and thickness of the bush, yield of raw materials, content and component composition of essential oil have been studied. Mass fraction of essential oil was determined by Ginzberg hydrodistillation methodology (percentage of raw and absolutely dry mass of raw materials). Analysis of the components of essential oils was carried out by gas-liquid chromatography using Crystal 5000.2 chromatograph. As a result, the variability of the hybrid material of oregano according to morphological and biological features and economically valuable traits was shown. It was revealed that according to the terms of the technical ripeness phase, the hybrid accessions of O. vulgare can be divided into medium- and late-ripening accessions. It has been identified that the most productive accessions are: O. vulgare g163 (1.80 ± 0.0% of absolutely dry mass) in terms of green mass yield – g26 (203.3 ± 24.9 cwt/ha), according to the collection of essential oil – g163 (120.4 kg/ha), according to the content of carvacrol in essential oil – g31 (up to 52.3%). Two promising accessions (g31 and g163) with a high content of essential oil (71.7–120.4 kg/ha) containing 33.4–52.3% of carvacrol were identified by the complex of characteristics.

الروسية. Цель работы – выделение наиболее продуктивных гибридов душицы обыкновенной для создания сорта, содержащего карвакрол в эфирном масле. Исследования проводили в 2014–2016 гг. в Крыму. Изучено 12 гибридных образцов Origanum vulgare L. Гибридный питомник заложен осенью 2013 г. по схеме 0,3х0,6 м, образцы размножены методом деления куста. Исследования проводили в фазу массового цветения растений. Учет, анализы и наблюдения выполнены по общепринятым методикам. Определяли высоту, диаметр и мощность куста, урожайность зеленой массы, содержание и компонентный состав эфирного масла. Массовую долю эфирного масла определяли методом гидродистилляции по Гинзбергу в процентах от сырой и абсолютно сухой массы сырья. Анализ компонентов эфирных масел проводили методом газо-жидкостной хроматографии. В результате исследований показана вариабельность гибридного материала душицы обыкновенной по морфо-биологическим и хозяйственно ценным признакам. По срокам наступления фазы технической спелости гибридные образцы O. vulgare делятся на средне- и позднеспелые. Наиболее продуктивные: по массовой доле эфирного масла – образец O. vulgare г163 (1,80 ± 0,0% от абсолютно сухой массы), по урожайности зеленой массы – г26 (203,3 ± 24,9 ц/га), по сбору эфирного масла – г163 (120,4 кг/га), по содержанию карвакрола в эфирном масле – г31 (до 52,3%). Выделено два перспективных образца (г31 и г163) с высоким сбором эфирного масла (71,7–120,4 кг/га), содержащего 33,4–52,3% карвакрола.
