The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of productivity and specialized farming on the income of rice. For this purpose, a sample for rice income survey was set up. We drive the income elasticities of rice farmers for each input using ordinary least squares, huber's m and least trimmed squares. The major findings are as follows : First, rice income is correlated with land productivity. Second, rice management organization is specialized farming more than 0.8. Third, land productivity and specialized farming increase by 1.0%, and rice income per 10a rise by 1.278% and 0.793%, respectively, the p-values being significant at the 0.01 a-level. Fourth, age appears to be reverse U-type. Lastly, the degree of satisfaction with the policy was found to be inelastic to income. This result implies the elasticity of each variable is shown to be inelastic, such as rice price, management cost, management specialization, the degree of satisfaction with the policy and the demographic as well as social variable.
