Directions of development of dairy cattle breeding in the organization | Направления развития молочного скотоводства в организации

إنجليزي. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of improving the efficiency of dairy production in the organization. The work used abstract-logical, monographic, computational-constructive, economic-statistical and economic-mathematical methods of investigation. When developing measures to substantiate the prospects for the development of the industry, it was planned to apply the achievements of science and best practices at the enterprise, taking into account the real possibilities and conditions of production. There have been developed 2 models of herd structure; in the first scenario the cows in the herd structure will occupy 45%, and 50% in the second. Justification of the size of the dairy cattle breeding industry in the future assumes the determination of the number of livestock by age and sex groups, the planning of productivity and production volumes, the calculation of the need for feed and other types of material resources, the formation of production costs, the calculation of the unit cost of production, means from the sale of products, an assessment of the economic efficiency of products and industries. The increase in the production of agricultural products and the increase in the efficiency of production are possible only in conditions of specialization as one of the leading factors in the intensification of agriculture. Vital for this objective are: increase in the productivity of animals and in milk production, preparation of high quality forage in the required quantities; cultivation of highly productive repair youngsters to replace the rejected cattle population of the main herd adapted to the conditions of industrial technology; improvement of milk quality (increase in fat content and protein); implementation of agreements concluded for the sale of milk through sales channels. As a result of the implementation of the proposed measures, the profit on the enterprise is significantly increased. From the sale of milk there will be received a 4442 thousand rub. Profit, the level of profitability will be 11.9%.

الروسية. Цель исследования – обоснование теоретико-методических и практических аспектов повышения эффективности функционирования молочного производства в организации. В работе использовались абстрактно-логический, монографический, расчетно-конструктивный, экономико-статистический и экономико-математический методы исследования. При разработке мероприятий по обоснованию перспектив развития отрасли, предполагалось применение на предприятии достижений науки и передовой практики с учетом реальных возможностей и условий производства. Разработаны 2 модели структуры стада, в первом варианте коровы в структуре стада будут занимать 45%, а во втором варианте – 50%. Обоснование размеров отрасли молочного скотоводства на перспективу предполагает определение численности поголовья по половозрастным группам, планирование продуктивности и объемов производства продукции, расчет потребности в кормах и других видов материальных ресурсов, формирование затрат на производство продукции, исчисление себестоимости единицы продукции, выбор каналов реализации и расчет поступления денежных средств от реализации продукции, оценку экономической эффективности продукции и отрасли. Увеличение производства с.-х. продукции и повышение эффективности производства возможны лишь в условиях специализации как одного из ведущих факторов интенсификации сельского хозяйства. Для этого необходимо: повышение продуктивности животных и рост объемов производства молока; заготовка кормов высокого качества и в необходимых объемах; выращивание высокопродуктивного ремонтного молодняка для замены выбракованного поголовья коров основного стада, приспособленного к условиям промышленной технологии; улучшение качества молока (повышение жирности и белка); выполнение заключенных договоров на реализацию молока по каналам реализации. В результате реализации предложенных мероприятий прибыль по предприятию значительно возрастает. От реализации молока будет получено 4442 тыс. руб. прибыли, уровень рентабельности составит 11,9%.
