The development of pig-breeding in the Russian Federation in modern economic conditions | Развитие свиноводства в Российской Федерации в современных экономических условиях

إنجليزي. The main indicators of developing the pig industry (PI) in Russia for 2008-2016 have been analyzed. It is shown that the development of the PI allows us to provide food security of the country, gives the opportunity to show stable financial and economic development entities, and increases the flow of tax deductions to budgets of all levels. However, the consolidation of the production base and the creation of vertically integrated structures, which includes all the elements of a technological chain from field to fork, allows business entities to improve stability, showing high economic efficiency. There was a significant reduction in the share of imported imports of genetic resources, which due to the establishment of the leading breeding companies in the territory of the Russian Federation of its subsidiaries, and production on their basis of breeding of high-quality products with the consequent production of animals for breeding and fattening enterprise. The development of the PI provides the opportunity to the pig enterprises to invest substantial financial resources in expanding its own production, to increase capacity for the production of fodder and the construction of workshops for processing of products. In turn, the increasing production of crops, construction of new and modernization of existing capacities on storage and grain processing, manufacture of mixed fodders and fodder additives reduced the dependence of industry on imports of feed resources. The development of the PI allows you to speed up import substitution. Key aspects hindering the further intensive development of the d PI in Russia are the organizational and economic factors: the lack of organization of labour, the lack of logistical and industrial base, low level of development of the tribal network and system management of selection and breeding work. Serious damage to the domestic pig production is caused by a number of infectious diseases, which in recent years became prevalent as a result of mass import of animals from foreign breeding centres.

الروسية. Проанализированы основные показатели развития свиноводства (РС) в России за 2008-2016 гг. Показано, что РС позволяет обеспечить продовольственную безопасность страны, дает возможность показывать устойчивое финансово-экономическое развитие субъектов хозяйствования и увеличивает поступление налоговых отчислений в бюджеты всех уровней. Произошло существенное сокращение доли завезенных по импорту генетических ресурсов, которое обусловлено созданием ведущими селекционными компаниями на территории Российской Федерации своих дочерних предприятий, и производством на их базе племенной высококачественной продукции с последующей реализацией животных на отечественные племенные и откормочные предприятия. РС дает возможность свиноводческим предприятиям инвестировать существенные финансовые средства в расширение собственного производства, увеличивать мощности по производству комбикорма и строительство цехов по переработке продукции. Наращивание объемов производства зерновых культур, строительство новых и модернизация действующих мощностей по хранению и переработке зерна, изготовлению комбикормов и кормовых добавок снизило зависимость отрасли от импорта кормовых ресурсов. РС позволяет ускорить импортозамещение продукции. Ключевыми аспектами, сдерживающими дальнейшее интенсивное РС в России, являются организационно-экономические факторы: недостатки в организации труда, недостаток материально-технической и производственной базы, низкий уровень развития племенной сети и системы управления селекционно-племенной работой. Серьезный ущерб отечественному свиноводству наносит и ряд инфекционных заболеваний, которые за последние годы получили широкое распространение в результате массового завоза животных из зарубежных селекционных центров.
