Terzioğlu, M.E.
In this study, students' milk consumption habits and behaviors were investigated by using the data obtained by applying a questionnaire to 400 students at 5 different faculties of Erzincan University. The students participating in the study were randomly sampled. The data obtained as a result of the questionnaire were given in tabular form in general and divided into groups such as faculty, gender and accomodation. In the survey, 67% of the students were found to like milk, and consume about 1.3 liters of milk per week, which is not enough compared to the developed countries. It has been found out that while students are buying milk, they usually prefer grocery stores and pay attention to packaging material, brand, price, production and expiry dates. It has also been found out that students do not have enough information about milk-borne diseases and that the community has not been informed about drinking milk.
