Comparative analysis of blood biochemical profile of calves during their rehabilitation after antibiotic therapy with the use of the probiotic complex Vetom 1.2 | Сравнительный анализ биохимического профиля крови телят в период реабилитации после антибиотикотерапии с применением пробиотического комплекса "Ветом 1.2"

The probiotic product Vetom 1.2 (PP) comprises three strains of bacteria of the genus Bacillus, namely B. subtillis VKPM B-10641, B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM B-10642 and B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM B-10643. In the course of the work, the facts of possible manifestations of pancreatic dysfunction were determined, and the criteria for the possible assessment of functional changes in the pancreas in newborn calves during rehabilitation after antibiotic therapy were proposed. The first experimental group (EG) of calves included calves in the period of rehabilitation after antibiotic therapy, they received PP in the dose of 50 mg/kg once a day before morning beestings feeding for 7-10 days; the second EG included calves during rehabilitation after antibiotic treatment, they did not receive PP. the third group included conventionally clinically healthy calves without signs of dyspepsia, no antibiotic treatment and PP. Each group included 10 heads. The increase of the level of gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase in the calves of the 2-nd EG by more than 3 times may be caused by such reasons as intoxication or pancreatitis. The index of alphaamilase was significantly higher than the standard in all trial calves throughout the study thus indicating inflammation of the pancreas, cholecystitis. Hypoproteinemia most often occurs due to such causes as malnutrition, liver disease, atrophy, fibrosis, immunodeficiency, exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, as well as intestinal malabsorption. The cessation of albumin level growth was observed in animals of the first experimental group, while a dramatic increase of this index was in the calves of the second experimental group. This may be observed in case of gluconeogenesis disorders and may be confirmed by the increased glucose content in the blood of certain groups at different stages of the research. The biochemical blood indicators in the calves of the 1-st EG received PP did not show negative dynamics during the study. In the other EG a great variation of such indicators as glucose, total protein, alpha-amilase and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase was revealed.

الروسية. Пробиотический препарат "Ветом 1.2" (ПП) содержит 3 штамма бактерии р. Bacillus: B. subtillus ВКПМ В-10641, B. amyloliquefaciens ВКПМ В-10642 и B. amyloliquefaciens ВКПМ В-10643. В ходе работы определены факты возможных проявлений дисфункции поджелудочной железы, а также предложены критерии возможной оценки функциональных изменений в поджелудочной железе у новорожденных телят в период реабилитации после антибиотикотерапии. Первую опытную группу (ОГ) составляли телята в период реабилитации после антибиотикотеапии, они получали ПП в дозе 50 мг/кг 1 раз в сутки до утренней выпойки молозива на протяжении 7-10 сут; 2-ю ОГ – телята на реабилитации после курса лечения антибиотиками, они не получали ПП. Третья опытная группа состояла из условно клинически здоровых телят, без признаков диспепсии, без лечения антибиотиками, без приема ПП. В каждой группе было 10 гол. Повышение уровня гамма-глутамилтранспептидазы у телят 2-й ОГ более чем в 3 раза может быть следствием интоксикации, вызванной заболеваниями желудочно-кишечного тракта, или проявлением панкреатита. Показатель альфа-амилазы на протяжении всего исследования был значительно выше нормы у всех телят, указывая на воспаление поджелудочной железы, холецистит. Причиной гипопротеинемии может быть недоедание, заболевания печени, атрофиях, иммунодефицит, экзокринная недостаточность поджелудочной железы, а также нарушение кишечного всасывания. Остановка роста уровня альбуминов наблюдалась у животных из 1-й ОГ, но резкий подъем уровня этого показателя был у телят из 2-й ОГ. Такое может наблюдаться при нарушении гликонеогенеза, что можно подтвердить повышенным содержанием глюкозы в крови у отдельных групп в разные периоды исследования. Биохимические показатели крови у исследуемых телят 1-й ОГ, которым выпаивался ПП, не показали отрицательной динамики в ходе исследований. В других ОГ выявлен значительный разброс таких показателей, как глюкоза, общий белок, альфа-амилаза и гамма-глютамилтранспептидаза.
