The main directions of ensuring economic security in the conditions оf anti-crisis management of agricultural formations | Основные направления обеспечения экономической безопасности в условиях антикризисного управления аграрными формированиями

One of the conditions for the successful activity of agro-industrial complex enterprises is the development of a system to ensure their economic security and its further implementation to level out the negative consequences of the ongoing economic crisis in the country. The research has shown that the main problems of ensuring economic security of agrarian formations in the south of Rostov region are: conservative financial policy, which led to imbalance of the structure of capital of enterprises, a sharp increase in accounts receivable of enterprises, a deep shortage of funds, the lack of full-scale planning and forecasting, and the lack of a mechanism of profit distribution. For elimination of the revealed problems the following measures have been developed: optimization of structures of the enterprise assets and sources of their formation, development of the system of management of liquidity, solvency and financial stability of agrarian formations, development of the mechanism of distribution of their profit, realization of complex planning and forecasting of activity of enterprises. Problems revealed in the course of the research hinder the achievement of goals related to the improvement of economic security of agrarian entities in the conditions of crisis management. Reasonable combination of the proposed measures to improve the level of economic security of agricultural enterprises will improve their financial situation and create conditions for sustainable development of rural areas.

Одним из условий успешной деятельности предприятий АПК становится разработка системы обеспечения их экономической безопасности и ее дальнейшая реализация для нивелирования негативных последствий экономического кризиса. В результате исследования выявлены основные проблемы обеспечения экономической безопасности аграрных формирований юга Ростовской области: проводимая консервативная финансовая политика, приведшая к разбалансировке структуры капитала предприятий, резкому увеличению дебиторской задолженности предприятий, глубокому дефициту денежных средств; отсутствие полномасштабного планирования и прогнозирования и отсутствие механизма распределения прибыли. Для устранения выявленных проблем были разработаны следующие мероприятия: оптимизация структур активов предприятия и источников их формирования, разработка системы управления ликвидностью, платежеспособностью и финансовой устойчивостью аграрных формирований, разработка механизма управления прибылью, осуществление комплексного планирования и прогнозирования деятельности предприятий. Выявленные в ходе проведенного исследования проблемы мешают обеспечению достижения целей, связанных с повышением уровня экономической безопасности аграрных формирований в условиях антикризисного управления. Разумное сочетание предложенных мероприятий по повышению уровня экономической безопасности предприятий АПК позволит улучшить их финансовое состояние и создать условия для устойчивого развития сельских территорий.
