Ridge height and the length of a soil cut arc formed by a rotary tiller with the Maltese mechanism in the drive | Высота гребня и длина дуги резания почвенной фрезы с мальтийским механизмом в приводе

إنجليزي. The research object is a rotary tiller with a horizontal axis of rotation, with the externally toothed Maltese mechanism installed in the drive and equipped with a cross with radial grooves. A rotary tiller with the Maltese mechanism in the drive can be used when tilling extremely wet loamy soils. Under the given depth of cutting and preset cross position, the rotor and knives do not rotate at the moment of blades penetrate into the soil and go out of it. The aim of the study is to obtain the estimates of the ridge height and the length of soil cutting arc formed by a rotary tiller knife in the plane of its rotation. Considered is the operation of a rotary tiller equipped with the Maltese mechanism and without it. There are obtained equations of the trajectories for two tiller knives in the plane of their rotation. There is given a detailed algorithm for calculating the ridge height and the length of a soil cut arc implemented in a computer model of the rotary soil tillage. It has been shown that the use of the Maltese mechanism in the rotary tiller drive could reduce the ridge height by 10-25% and ensure smoother cutting. The length of a soil cut arc formed by a rotary tiller knife has been increased by approximately 1-10%.

الروسية. Объект исследования − почвенная фреза с горизонтальной осью вращения, в приводе которой установлен мальтийский механизм внешнего зацепления, оснащенный крестом с радиальными пазами. Почвенная фреза с мальтийским механизмом в приводе может быть использована при обработке переувлажненных суглинистых почв. При заданной глубине рыхления и настроенной установке креста ротор и ножи в моменты входа в почву и выхода из почвы не вращаются. Целью исследования является получение расчетных оценок высоты гребней и длины дуги резания пласта почвы лезвием ножа в плоскости его вращения. Рассмотрена работа почвенной фрезы с мальтийским механизмом в приводе и без мальтийского механизма. Получены уравнения траекторий точек лезвий двух ножей фрезы в плоскости вращения. Приведен подробный алгоритм расчета высоты гребней и длины дуги резания пласта почвы, реализованный в компьютерной модели обработки почвы фрезой. Показано, что применение мальтийского механизма в приводе почвенной фрезы позволяет уменьшить высоту гребней на 10-25% и обеспечить более ровный подрез пласта. При этом длина дуги резания почвенного пласта лезвием ножа фрезы увеличивается на 1-10%.
