Le schéma des services collectifs des espaces naturels et ruraux vise à fixer des orientations en vue de développer la multifonctionnalité des espaces naturels et ruraux, en améliorant notamment la contribution de l'agriculture et de la forêt aux fonctions environnementales des territoires. Ce schéma identifie un certain nombre d'enjeux stratégiques nationaux auxquels doit répondre la gestion de l'espace. Ce rapport résume les analyses faites par les services de l'Etat en région, lors de la préparation de ce schéma, des capacités d'adaptation de l'agriculture et de la forêt, des obstacles rencontrés pour répondre à ces enjeux de gestion de l'espace et des recommandations formulées.

The Plan of the collective services of natural and rural spaces aims at fixing orientations in order to develop the multifonctionnality of natural and rural spaces, by improving the contribution of agriculture and forest to the environmental functions of the territories. This Plan identifies a number of national strategic stakes to which must answer the space management. This report summarizes the analyses, made by the government services in Region during the preparation of this Plan, about adaptation capacities of agriculture and forest, about obstacles met to answer to stakes of space management and about the recommendations formulated.
