The influence of double treatment of table grape plants (Zolotoy Don variety) with the growth regulators Gibberellin, Zircon and Epin-extra on bunch mass was studied in a field experiment. The following indicators were also investigated: the ratio of the mass of berries and grape stem to the total mass of the bunch, the number of berries and the average mass of berries, the number and mass of seeds in a berry depending on the hydrothermal conditions of the growing season. According to the hydrothermal coefficient values for the phases of grape development the conditions of 2019 were more favorable compared to 2020 due to the greater amount of precipitation during the growing season. It was found that the effectiveness of growth regulators is largely determined by the temperature and humidity conditions of the year. It was noted that plant growth regulators exert the greatest influence on the bunch weight under drier conditions. The number of berries in a bunch, the average weight of one berry depends both on the conditions of the year and on the growth regulator. In the more humid year 34.3% more berries were formed in the control bunches than in a drier year. Growth regulators made it possible to reduce the negative influence of drought on the fruit set in grapevines. The smallest value of the berry indicator was noted when treating with Gibberellin in more humid conditions, and when treating with Epin-extra in more arid conditions.
