In this article the author analyzes age and size, morphology, some features of the biology of reproduction, embryogenesis, nutrition of the Eastern subspecies of arctic grayling of the upper and the middle Kolyma’s currents, the Kolymskoe water storage basin and some Kolyma’s tributaries. Also the growing equation and the natural mortality coefficient were calculated. Also there are data on catch and it is written about the prospects
