Cited the reactions of leukocytes given about character, fabrics and bodies lymph myeloid a complex of carp Cyprinus carpio on exogenous introduction cortisone. Fishes reacted to introduction of a hormone change of a structurally functional condition of cells, fabrics and bodies (kidneys, spleen and liver) immune system. They were expressed in change of somatic indexes immunocompetent bodies and structure of leukocytes. Dependence of intensity of structurally functional changes on time past after an injection of a hormone is shown
