Carefully planned nutrition is the imperative of a modern society because of the great danger of contamination of food whose sources are numerous. Careful planning of nutrition in pre-school institutions is especially important. By analyzing the exsisting norms, food situation, as well as the importance of well-planned menus in preschool institutions, we learned about the key elements for the proper and conscientious work of kindergartens, which is the basic task of child health care. Different approaches to the formation of menus that kindergartens apply have been considered, taking into account the principles of the HACCP system.
