Исследования угла естественного откоса компонентов зерносмеси | Studies of the angle of natural slope of grain mix components

إنجليزي. The analysis of devices for determining the natural slope angle (alpha) of bulk materials is presented. Defects of instruments and procedures for the formation of cone-shaped monoliths of the studied bulk materials, excluding the reproducibility of measurement conditions: the pouring dynamics of conical monoliths is not controlled and is not specified; the displacement and the "sinking" of the top of the cone are ignored; material and the reference surface quality are not regulated; different methods of measurement and calculation of alpha angle are allowed; the shape and particle size of bulk materials are not considered. It is established that these factors contribute to a significant variability in the measurement of the alpha angle. A device is proposed that makes it possible to level the effect of the type of material and the quality of the supporting surface, to average the measurements of the inclination angles of the forming conical monoliths of polydisperse and hygroscopic bulk materials. Investigations of the angle alpha for 5 components of a grain mixture with 10 types of materials of supporting surfaces have been performed. It was found that on glasses of 2 types with identical production technologies and microrelief, a very significant scatter of measurements was obtained – 5.8 – 14.5 degrees for the studied components of the grain mixture. Comparable measurement results were obtained on microrelief differently sides of medium density fibreboard. Impurity particles with high rolling resistance (sorghum seeds, chopped barley kernels) have comparable values of the angles alpha with the reference base, where the rolling of particles of the lower layer of the cone is limited to a shoulder. The average deviation of the surface properties of kernels from the reference base is 16 times less in wheat compared to barley. It has been revealed that to create a reference device, the following conditions are necessary: certainty of design and dimensions; use of a limiter of rolling particles of the lower layer; regulation of the dynamics of forming a monolith from the investigated bulk material.

الروسية. Представлен анализ приборов для определения угла естественного откоса (альфа) сыпучих материалов. Раскрыты недостатки приборов и процедур формирования конусных монолитов исследуемых сыпучих материалов, исключающих воспроизводимость условий замеров: не контролируется и не оговаривается динамика насыпания конусных монолитов; не учитывается смещение и "проседание" вершины конуса; не регламентируется вид материала и качество опорной поверхности; допускаются разные методы измерений и расчета угла альфа; не учитывается форма и дисперсность частиц сыпучих материалов. Установлено, что указанные факторы вносят существенную вариативность в измерение угла альфа одних и тех же сыпучих материалов. Предложен прибор, позволяющий нивелировать влияние вида материала и качества опорной поверхности, усреднять замеры углов наклона образующих конусных монолитов полидисперсных и гигроскопичных сыпучих материалов. Выполнены исследования угла альфа для 5 компонентов зерносмеси с 10 видами материалов опорных поверхностей. Установлено, что на стеклах 2 видов с идентичными технологиями производства и микрорельефом получен весьма значительный разброс замеров – 5,8 – 14,5 градусов для исследуемых компонентов зерносмеси. В тоже время, на разных по микрорельефу сторонах ДВП получены сопоставимые результаты замеров. Примесные частицы с высоким сопротивлением перекатыванию (семена сорго, колотые зерновки ячменя) имеют сопоставимые значения углов альфа с базой сравнения, где раскатывание частиц нижнего слоя конуса ограничивается буртиком. Среднее отклонение поверхностных свойств зерновок от базы сравнения в 16 раз меньше у пшеницы по сравнению с ячменем. Выявлено, что для создания эталонного прибора необходимы следующие условия: определенность конструктивного исполнения и размеров; использование ограничителя раскатывания частиц нижнего слоя; регламентация динамики формирования монолита из исследуемого сыпучего материала.
