Karadogan, B.
This study aims to investigate the phytochemical characteristics as well as physical and chemical characteristics of the Karaerik (Cimin) clones and to determine differences among them in terms of these characteristics. For this aim, color (L *, a *, b *, C, h˚), and some physical characteristics that cluster weight (g), berry width (mm), berry size (mm) and berry weight (g) as well as chemicals characteristics such as, pH, titratable acidity (TA%), total soluble solid (TSS%), maturity index, sugars, vitamin C, organic acids and macro-micro nutrients, phytochemical that phenolic compounds is considered in six clones (Clone 13, Clone 15, Clone 18, Clone 19, Clone 23 and Clone 30).As a result of study; clone 23 for color characteristics, clone 30 for cluster weight, clone 15 and clone 13 for berry size and berry width, for berry weight also clone 15, clone 19 for TSS%, clones 15 also for macro-micro-nutrient content, and clone 13 also for organic acid have been found noticeable clones. Similarly, clone 30 for sugar content and clone 13 for vitamin C have been found considerable clones. Since the differences among the clones were not statistically significant for the phenolic compound content, except for catechin, there is no considerable clone for this compound.
