The paper deals with the innovative methods used in breeding, which improve the milk quality and donkeys’ productivity, and, moreover, increases economic benefits. The field of dairy farming is, especially, developed in countries such as Italy, Greece, Serbia and France, where the financial and qualitative benefits of technological development are actively observed.
