The spectral-luminescent properties of aqueous solutions of buckwheat flour obtained from seeds of different buckwheat grains were studied. Buckwheat flour was obtained from grains of the crop of buckwheat seeds which underwent a pre-sowing treatment with an electrostatic field of E = (0.5-2.5) kV / cm and processing time t = (3-15) s and is characterized by identical spectral-luminescent characteristics with such, characteristic for grains of the buckwheat crop, the seeding grains of which did not pass pre-planting treatment by an electrostatic field.
