Content-Analysis of Demographic Plots in the Reporting Documentation of the Regions of the South of European Russia

There has been a lot of talk lately about the successes in implementing demographic policy in our country. However, the authorities at all levels recognize that even with large funding, there are significant problems in the movement of the population of Russia, especially the fall in the birth rate and the increase in mortality. The reporting documentation of the regions contains a lot of contradictions, the desire to "bypass" acute issues. Therefore, scientists are required to search for methods of objective assessment of official documents. The objective of this study was the content analysis of newly identified documents in comparison with previously studied similar documents from other regions of Russia. The analysis of regional and sub-regional sources for the implementation of demographic programs in the South of Russia revealed the identity of demographic processes taking place on the European territory of our country. Nevertheless, in the southern territories, regional and municipal authorities have more opportunities to improve the demographic situation.
