Areas under organic crops in Serbia are recording significant increase in the last few years. Stil, theirparticipation in total agricultural areas are relatively small (up to 0.5%). The most part of total organic areas(almost 30%) are under organic cereals production. This paper analyses the costs and achieved results oforganic production of wheat, barley and corn. The main aim of the research is to determine the level ofprofitability of cereals in organic production sistem. Comparative cost-effectiveness analysis of the mostimportant parameters is based on analytical calculations in mentioned productions. The most profitable isorganic wheat production because it gives highest profit per unit of capacity (114,196.1 RSD/ha) and has thebiggest coefficent of economy (1.79). Organic corn production is second (profit: 94,726.6 RSD/ha, coefficientof economy: 1.73) and the least profitable is organic barley production (profit: 59,450.9 RSD/ha, coefficient ofeconomy: 1.37). Sensitive analysis shows that organic production of wheat, barley and corn can sustain asignificant fluctuation of material costs and market prices of final products without jeopardizeing positivefinancial result in these productions.
