During 2016, 2017 and 2018, the application of NPK fertilizers, effective microorganisms and combinations of NPKfertilizers and effective microorganisms on yield, protein and oil content in six NS soybean cultivars was examined.NPK fertilizer and effective microorganisms have a positive effect on soybean yield and grain quality. The applicationof effective microorganisms and NPK fertilizers statistically significantly increases the yield, protein content and oilcontent in soybean grain.
