Comparative evaluation of the influence of vaccinal stress on a number of physiological indicators, productivity and quality indicators of cows and first bed cows | Сравнительная оценка влияние вакцинального стресса на ряд физиологических показателей, продуктивность и показатели молока коров и коров-первотелок

إنجليزي. The objective of the research is to study the effect of mass vaccination on a number of physiological and productive indicators of cattle (first-calf and 2-nd lactation cows). The studies have been carried out in the Ryazan Region in 2019. For the study 2 groups of analogous animals (n = 10) have been formed: first-heifers and cows of the 2nd lactation without taking into account the types of higher nervous activity. The animals have been kept in the same conditions (with the same diet) served in one group by one milkmaid. Study checkpoints: 0 - before vaccination, 1-24 h after vaccination in the group, 2-72 h after exposure to a stress factor. Vaccination has been carried out en masse. The work has included an assessment of the general clinical parameters of blood and a number of biochemical parameters, as well as accounting for the daily productivity of animals and the study of the qualitative and sanitary parameters of milk. It has been found that in contrast to second lactation cows first-calf cows under the influence of a stress factor exhibited a longer adaptation process, which is expressed in a significant increase in the number of erythrocytes in the blood 24 h after the vaccination by 3.5% to the values of the background sample, and also a decrease in the number of lymphocytes by 7.5% against the background of a stable value of the total index of leukocytes, while an increase in the value of hematocrit was observed by more than 10%. When studying the biochemical composition of blood plasma, this state has been expressed by an increase in the value of glucose, moreover, this is more pronounced on the first day after exposure to the stimulus (by 21.5% to the background sample). 72 h after vaccination, the value of the change in the glucose index, both in the group of first-heifers and in the group of second-lactation cows, has been significantly less changed in comparison with the background values, in first-calf cows by 9.3% 1.5% in the group of cows. Regarding the effect of vaccination stress on productivity and milk quality indicators, it is worth noting a decrease in milk yield in the first two days in both groups of animal s, as well as a significant decrease in the content of fat mass in the milk of first-calf cows by 8.3%.

الروسية. Цель исследований ‒ изучить влияние массовой вакцинации на ряд физиологических и продуктивных показателей крупного рогатого скота (первотелок и коров 2-й лактации). Исследования проводились в Рязанской области в 2019 г. Сформировано 2е группы животных-аналогов (n=10): первотелки и коровы 2-й лактации без учета типов высшей нервной деятельности. Животные содержались в одинаковых условиях, с одинаковым рационом, обслуживались в одной группе одной дояркой. Контрольные точки исследования: 0 – до вакцинации, 1 – через 24 ч после проведения вакцинации в группе, 2 – через 72 ч после воздействия стресс-фактора. Вакцинацию проводили массово. Установлено, что в отличие от коров второй лактации у коров-первотелок под действием стрессфактора наблюдался более длительный адаптационный процесс, что выражалось в достоверном увеличении показателя количества эритроцитов в крови спустя 24 часа после проведенной вакцинации на 3,5% к значениям фоновой пробы, а также снижение количества лимфоцитов на 7,5% на фоне стабильного значения общего показателя лейкоцитов, при этом рост значения гематокрита наблюдался более чем на 10%. При изучении биохимического состава плазмы крови такое состояние выражалось повышением значения содержания глюкозы, причем значительнее это выражалось в первые сутки после воздействия раздражителя (на 21,5% к показателю фоновой пробы). Спустя 72 ч после вакцинации значения изменения показателя глюкозы как в группе первотелок, так и в группе коров второй лактации были значительно менее изменены в сравнении с фоновыми показателями, у коров-первотелок ‒ на 9,3%, 1,5% ‒ в группе коров. Относительно влияния вакцинального стресса на продуктивность и показатели качества молока стоит отметить снижение удоев в первые двое суток в обеих группах животных, а также достоверное снижения содержания массовой доли жира в молоке коровпервотелок на 8,3% процента.
