Тенденции развития рынка минеральных удобрений России | Trends in the development of the Russian mineral fertilizers market

الروسية. Данное исследование посвящено вопросам функционирования рынка минеральных удобрений в России. Проведён анализ динамики производства по основным видам минеральных удобрений. Исследована тенденция ценообразования в контексте межотраслевого обмена. Даётся сравнительная оценка эффективности и интенсивности применения минеральных удобрений в России и за рубежом. В частности, выявлено, что по уровню внесения минеральных удобрений Россия в 3 раза отстает от Канады, в 5 раз - от США и Индии, в 7 раз - от Беларуси, в 10 раз - от Китая. В то время как в России уровень внесения составлял 45,9 кг/га, Украина за 2014-2018 г. увеличила внесение минеральных удобрений с 44,9 до 64 кг/га. На сегодняшний день по объемам производства минеральных удобрений Россия занимает 4 место в мире, в тоже время на внутреннем рынке реализуется только 20-25% продукции, а 75% вывозится за рубеж. В период с 2016 г. по 2020 г. наблюдается устойчивый рост цен на минеральные удобрения. На это повлияли как инфляционные процессы, так и конъюнктура мирового рынка. Вместе с тем увеличение объёмом внесения минеральных удобрений привело к росту урожайности с.-х. культур, зерновых почти на 10%, подсолнечника и картофеля на 5%, овощей на 7%, исключение составили сахарная свёкла и лён-долгунец, урожайность которых снизилась на 21,3% и 8,5%, соответственно. Обоснована необходимость государственной поддержки с.-х. товаропроизводителей в области повышения плодородия почв.

إنجليزي. This study is devoted to the functioning of the mineral fertilizers market in Russia. The analysis of the dynamics of production by the main types of mineral fertilizers is carried out. The trend of pricing in the context of intersectoral exchange is investigated. A comparative assessment of the effectiveness and intensity of the use of mineral fertilizers in Russia and abroad is given. In particular, it has been revealed that Russia is 3 times behind Canada, 5 times behind the United States and India, 7 times behind Belarus, 10 times behind China in terms of the level of contributions. While in Russia the level of application was 45.9 kg/ha, Ukraine increased the application of mineral fertilizers from 44.9 to 64 kg/ha for 2014-2018. Today, Russia ranks fourth in the world in terms of production of mineral fertilizers, at the same time, only 20-25% of products are sold on the domestic market, and 75% are exported abroad. In the period from 2016 to 2020, there is a steady increase in prices for mineral fertilizers. This was influenced by both inflationary processes and the conjuncture of the world market. At the same time, an increase in the volume of application of mineral fertilizers led to an increase in the yield of agricultural crops, cereals by almost 10%, sunflower and potatoes by 5%, vegetables by 7%, except for sugar beets and fiber flax, the yield of which decreased by 21.3% and 8.5%, respectively. The necessity of state support of agricultural producers in the field of increasing soil fertility is justified.
