Современное состояние и тенденции развития рынков картофеля и овощей | Current state and development trends of potato and vegetable markets

إنجليزي. The article analyzes the main indicators of the development of the potato and vegetable markets in the Russian Federation and in the Perm region. For this, the activity of all agro-farms in total and in each category separately is considered. Over the past 20 years, there was a significant reduction in the cultivated area under potatoes by 1645.8 thousand hectares or 58.1%, but an increase in crop yields by 6.15 tons/ha or 58.7% due to the introduction of new production technologies. The reduction of gross harvest by 9720.0 thousand tons or 32.9% is observed in recent years. The first two indicators of the development in vegetable husbandry repeat the dynamics of potato production. The sown area decreased by 232.5 thousand hectares or 31.2%, and the yield increased 1.7 times. The growth of the gross harvest of vegetables in the country began in 2000. At the same time, the residents themselves make the largest contribution to the total harvest due to their cultivation in private household plots, 65.3% in the potato industry and 50.1% in the production of vegetable. However, in recent years, the role of the farmers' movement has noticeably increased, which makes a significant contribution to the development of vegetable growing. There are calculated the potential capacity of potato and vegetable markets, as well as the indicator of self-sufficiency in products at the domestic and regional levels. It was found that the Russian market in 2020 is provided with local-produced potatoes by 89.2%, and the supply of vegetables turned out to be at 86.3%. It is below the threshold value prescribed by the Food Security Doctrine of the Russian Federation, adopted in 2020.The structure of foreign trade turnover of potatoes and vegetable products in Russia is given. The need to increase production of potatoes and vegetables within Russia is shown.

الروسية. Проанализированы основные показатели развития картофельного и овощного рынков в РФ и в Пермском крае. Для этого рассмотрена деятельность всех агрохозяйств в совокупности и по каждой категории отдельно. За последние 20 лет в России отмечено сокращение посевных площадей, занятых под картофелем, на 1645,8 тыс. га или 58,1%, и рост урожайности культуры на 61,5 ц/га или 58,7% за счёт внедрения новых технологий производства. В результате валовый сбор сократился на 9720,0 тыс. т или 32,9%. Первые два показателя развития овощеводства повторяют динамику производства картофеля. Посевная площадь уменьшилась на 232,5 тыс. га или 31,2%, а урожайность выросла в 1,7 раза. Рост валового сбора овощей в стране начал осуществляться с 2000 г. При этом наибольший вклад в общий объем урожая вносят сами жители. Их доля составляет 65,3% в отрасли картофелеводства и 50,1% при производстве овощной продукции. Однако в последние годы заметно возросла роль фермерского движения, оказывающего значительный вклад в развитие овощеводства. В ходе исследования рассчитана потенциальная емкость рынков картофеля и овощей, а также показатель самообеспечения продукцией на отечественном и региональном уровне. Установлено, что российский рынок в 2020 г. обеспечен собственным картофелем на 89,2%, а отечественными овощами - на 86,3%. Это ниже порогового значения, предписанного принятой в 2020 г. Доктриной продовольственной безопасности РФ. Приведена структура внешнеторгового оборота картофеля и овощной продукции в России, выделены главные тенденции развития их международного рынка. Показана необходимость увеличения объемов производства картофеля и овощей внутри России.
