Adaptive response of collection varieties of spring barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) under the conditions of the Middle Urals | Адаптивная реакция коллекционных сортообразцов ярового ячменя (Hordeum vulgare L.) в условиях Среднего Урала

الروسية. Изучение коллекции ячменя (225 номеров) проводили для получения информации об адаптивности генотипов в различные периоды роста и развития растений. Использовали новый метод дифференциации урожайности по фазам роста и развития, а также определения параметров адаптивной способности на основе аддитивных математических моделей. Эксперименты выполняли в 2011-2021 гг. на юго-западе Свердловской области. Дисперсия по фактору генотип признака урожайность зерна (1,2%) был значительно ниже, чем количественных признаков (количество продуктивных стеблей - 5,9%, количество зерен в колосе - 24,0%, масса 1000 зерен - 20,2%). Применимость аддитивных моделей обоснована коэффициентом ki, величина которого не превышала 15%. Приведены результаты по 10 наиболее адаптивным сортам. Среди них выделены образцы с селекционной ценностью генотипа (СЦГi ) 4,26…3,22. Определяющим критерием в опыте была средовая устойчивость (СУ - сигма CACi), величина которой варьировала в диапазоне 3,26…4,26. Идентифицированы 3 механизма адаптации образцов к условиям выращивания. Первый объединил образцы Ворсинский и Aut 148. Они характеризовались самой лучшей генетической системой средовой устойчивости на протяжении всего периода вегетации: величина СУk у Ворсинского составляла 0,14…0,54, у Aut 148 - 0,57…0,76; динамика общей адаптации нарастала от начала к концу вегетации - взвешенный показатель адаптивности (ВПАki) был равен -0,01…0,15 и 0,09…0,16 соответственно. Второй механизм характерен для генотипа Крипичный - высокая СУ (СУ2 - 0,52…0,74) на всех этапах роста и развития, но динамика общей адаптации сорта "колокообразная", в начале и в конце вегетации он не адаптивен (ВПА1i - -0,37; ВПА3i - -0,09), в середине - сверхадаптивен (ВПА2i - 0,73). Третий механизм отмечен для образцов Раушан и Велес. В начале вегетации они нестабильны (СУ1 - 0,87…0,91), однако их общая адаптация всегда положительна и весома, особенно в зависимости от эффекта числа зерен в колосе (ВПА2i - 0,21…0,22).

إنجليزي. 225 accessions of barley collection were studied to obtain information on the adaptability of genotypes in different periods of plant growth and development. A new method of differentiating yields by growth and development phases, as well as determining the parameters of adaptive capacity based on additive mathematical models was used. The experiments were conducted in 2011-2021 in the southwest of the Sverdlovsk region. The dispersion in the genotype factor of the trait grain yield (1.2%) was significantly lower than that of the quantitative traits (number of productive stems was 5.9%, number of grains per spike was 24.0%, and weight of 1000 grains was 20.2%). The applicability of additive models was justified by coefficient ki, the value of which did not exceed 15%. The results for 10 most adaptive varieties are presented. Among them highlighted accessions of high genotype breeding value of 4.26-3.22. The determining criterion in the experiment was environmental stability (ES) known as sigma CACi. The value of it varied in the range of 3.26-4.26. Three adaptation mechanisms to growing conditions were identified. The first combined accessions Vorsinsky and Aut 148. They were characterized by the best genetic system of environmental resistance throughout the entire growing season: the value of ESk for Vorsinsky was 0.14-0.54, for Aut 148 - 0.57-0.76. The dynamics of general adaptation increased from the beginning to the end of the growing season: the weighted adaptability index (WAIki) was equal to -0.01-0.15 and 0.09-0.16, respectively. The second mechanism was typical for the Kripichny genotype: high environmental resistance at all stages of growth and development (ES2 is 0.52-0.74), but the dynamics of the general adaptation of the variety was "bell-shaped". At the beginning and at the end of the growing season it was not adaptive (WAI1i is - 0.37; WAI3i is -0.09), in the middle it was super adaptive (WAI2i is 0.73). The third mechanism was noted for the Raushan and Veles accessions. At the beginning of growing season, they were unstable (ES1 is 0.87-0.91), but their general adaptation was always positive and significant, especially depending on the effect of number of grains per spike (WAI 2i is 0.21-0.22).
