Рынок сельскохозяйственной техники в России: современное состояние и тенденции развития | Agricultural machinery market in Russia: current state and development trends

إنجليزي. The efficiency of the agricultural industry is largely determined by the level of its technical equipment. The shortage of agricultural machinery has a negative impact on the quality of agricultural work, labor productivity, yield and competitiveness of the products obtained. Within the framework of the conducted research, the current state of the agricultural machinery market in Russia was analyzed, positive trends in the growth of output, sales, and exports of agricultural machinery in 2021 were noted. It was found that in the second quarter of 2022, the production rates of some types of agricultural machinery slowed down, including combine harvesters and tractors, forming the basis of material and technical support of agricultural production. The measures implemented in Russian to support the renewal of the machine and tractor fleet and the difficulties currently faced by agricultural machinery enterprises are considered. It has been established that in recent years the share of domestically produced machinery has increased in the domestic market. It has been determined that despite the positive results achieved in the development of the agricultural mechanical engineering industry, the availability of agricultural machinery remains at a fairly low level, and the wear of the machine and tractor fleet is also significant. In the context of increasing sanctions pressure from the Western countries and the ongoing policy of import substitution, the role of the domestic agricultural mechanical engineering industry has significantly increased. A SWOT analysis was conducted to identify current threats, strengths and weaknesses of the industry and opportunities for its development. It has been established that one of the determining factors in the development of the agricultural machinery market is the level of state support for agricultural machinery enterprises, as well as farmers in terms of ensuring a high level of solvent demand, organizations engaged in the development of new models of highly efficient agricultural machinery, small and medium-sized enterprises that produce components necessary for the agricultural mechanical engineering industry.

الروسية. Эффективность с.-х. отрасли во многом определяется уровнем ее технической оснащенности. Дефицит с.-х. техники оказывает негативное влияние на качество выполнения агротехнических работ, производительность труда, урожайность и конкурентоспособность получаемой продукции. В рамках проведенного исследования проанализировано современное состояние рынка с.-х. техники в России, отмечены положительные тенденции роста объемов выпуска, продажи и экспорта сельхозтехники в 2021 г., установлено, что во втором квартале 2022 г. замедлились темпы производства некоторых видов с.-х. техники, в том числе зерноуборочных комбайнов и тракторов, составляющих основу материально-технического обеспечения аграрного производства. Рассмотрены реализуемые в России меры поддержки обновления машинно-тракторного парка и трудности, с которыми в настоящее время сталкиваются предприятия сельхозмашиностроения. Установлено, что за последние годы на внутреннем рынке увеличилась доля техники отечественного производства. Определено, что несмотря на достигнутые положительные результаты в развитии отрасли с.-х. машиностроения, обеспеченность сельхозтехникой по-прежнему остается на довольно низком уровне, значителен и износ машинно-тракторного парка. В условиях усиления санкционного давления стран Запада и проводимой политики импортозамещения значительно возросла роль отечественной отрасли сельхозмашиностроения. Был проведен SWOT-анализ, направленный на выявление актуальных угроз, сильных и слабых сторон данной отрасли и возможностей ее развития. Установлено, что одним из определяющих факторов развития рынка с.-х. техники является уровень государственной поддержки предприятий сельхозмашиностроения, аграриев в части обеспечения высокого уровня платежеспособного спроса, организаций, занимающихся разработкой новых образцов высокоэффективной с.-х. техники, предприятий малого и среднего предпринимательства (МСП), выпускающих необходимые для отрасли сельхозмашиностроения комплектующие.
