A study on the activation of agricultural education for prospective and present farmers at agricultural technic college

The purpose of the study was to find out the actual education for farm successors and present farmers at agricultural technic colleges. Data were collected by questionnaire which were responsed by the following students and teachers, and also discussed with them. All of them were trained at Chinju National Agricultural and Forestry Technic Coll. since 1978. They were 274 prospective and present farmers participating in new farmers training courses for six months each year, 384 agricultural technic college students taking a course in farm life for one week each year, and 797 agricultural high school teachers taking a course in farm management planning for two weeks each year. The present agricultural technic college stresses the importance of agricultural education for successful farm successors in the present industrial society
