shThe paper presents contents of elements in particular organs of corn, rape, potatoes and sugar-beets. Basing on these data and on estimates of plant biomasses, calculations were made of the size of accumulation of mineral elements in the crop obtained per one ha, separately for the part removed from the field and for one contained in the organic substances that remained in the agrocen
