Studies on establishing basic principles for recombinant breeding under the climatic conditions of Poland included: variation estimates, genotypic characteristics of initial soybean forms, tests1986on the influence of the parents effect, evaluation of heterosis in the F1 hybrids, determination and segregation of morphological traits and yield parameters in the F2, identification of cross combinations clearly manifesting true adaptable variation.
