Hydromorphic soils dominate at the territory of the Cer peripheral channel, bringing about with their poor water and physical properties the occurrence of surplus waters. Fro0816m the total surface of the area, the surface of 5,232 ha is, to a smaller or greater extent, threatened by excess waters, while an area of 2,539 ha is not threatened.
