Two grape cultivars (Halwany and Kamaly) were stored at 0 deg C for 12 weeks to study the effect of sulfur dioxide concentrations (0.2%-0.3%) and relative humidity percentage (70-75%, 90-95%) and their interaction on the quality of grape. The results indicated that both concentrations had significantly reduced fruit decay, however, the higher concentration was more effective than the lower, the effect of SO2 treatments increased by increasing the relative humidity percentage. Grapes stored at R.H. 90-95% had better quality and less weight loss than those stored at R.H. 70-75%. Halwany cultivar had better storage capability and was more suitable for long-term storage than Kamaly cultivar
